Questions before you book
Before your session
Which session should I choose?
Choose 60 minutes for a focused full-body recovery session. Choose 90 minutes when you would like more time across several priority areas or a more comprehensive treatment.
Is sports massage supposed to be painful?
Sports massage can feel firm, but treatment should remain within your comfort. Tell Tinotenda if the pressure feels too intense so it can be adjusted.
What should I wear?
Arrive in comfortable clothing. Professional draping is used throughout the treatment, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
When should I book around training?
For general recovery, a lighter training day or the period after a harder session can work well. Contact the team for guidance if you are booking close to a competition or important event.
Can I book with an active injury?
Sports massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis. Seek appropriate medical advice first if you have a new injury, significant swelling, severe or unexplained pain, fever, or symptoms that concern you.
Give your recovery the same attention as your training.
Choose the session that fits your body, schedule and recovery needs.
