We run the bath in a cold-therapy range that may be adjusted based on your tolerance and the session goal.

Most people start with a short exposure and build up over time. We’ll guide you based on experience, comfort, and safety.

A common starting point is a few sessions per week. Frequency depends on your training load, recovery needs, and how you respond.

Not always. Ice baths may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions (for example cardiovascular concerns). If you’re unsure, check with your clinician first.
